海鲜自助大餐还有三大民族美食让人心猿意马 Makan Kitchen DoubleTree Hilton JB

其实,我并不晓得 DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru 的早餐是如此丰富(有马来西亚三大民族的特色:马来餐、中餐、印度餐)。

也才知道,位于酒店底楼餐厅 Makan Kitchen 的海鲜自助大餐如此丰盛又多元化啊~

你有来吃过吗?初来报到,有和我同样的感叹号吗?

对于Makan Kitchen 的海鲜自助大餐,我们两条猪并没做任何功课,只在入住后,任意在旅行这张空白纸张上,涂满食物拼盘。

若是美食聚集地,想必是客似云来,餐厅难免繁忙客满。

酒店人员也自豪地说海鲜自助大餐,是蛮有号召力的自助晚餐,反应踊跃。于是,我们乘着6.30pm — 7点前入座,走完全场看看全场菜色如何(顺便帮大家物色美食的概念 hoho)

结果,我眼花缭乱,心猿意马!太多选择,太多食物想吃啊!太早入座,结果陷入选择困难症啊!(First World Problem XD)

居然让我发现熟悉的家乡味(即是马来西亚风味也~),有久违的归属感。虽然新加坡美食不少,但正宗的马来美食和印度Mamak 类,还是马来西亚的最强啊~

味道,最容易引起人对家乡的怀念,或对某种事物的牵连。

看到马来餐区域时,当下很感动,有种感觉油然而生。住在新加坡真好,心想,几小时内即可踏上国土,吃到马来大餐! (简直感动到想哭~ 呜呜呜)

真的,长期居留海外,身为游子除了生病养伤的那段日子,简直就是无脚的小鸟到处流浪。对家乡味,是满满的牵挂,满满的回忆。如今,还是身为游子,转居邻国,不免为容易归国土的方便而感到愉快。只需过条河,即踏上了马来西亚这块土地,吃到三大民族的口味。

兜兜转转,看到satay 很兴奋~
看到roti canai 很兴奋~
看到nasi lemak 很兴奋~
看到烧鸭烧鸡更是兴奋~

其实,吃货是不是看到食物就莫名兴奋啊? 最后,选择了每道菜浅尝,若爱上再深度吃,却也尝了不少美食。

大推!~ Choice of laksa johor and Assam laksa

厨师帮我炮制了 Johor laksA 好好吃~

有粗米粉、青瓜丝、大葱切片、豆芽、鱼香肉、椰浆,加入特制辣椒酱挤入,挤入一点点青柠汁

够味又有浓浓鱼香味。味道又酸又辣很开胃,有点像东海岸Laksa却又没那么浓.
